You've done real discovery work with the buyer before introducing them. You know their exact budget, their preferred property type (land, villa, plot), their target area in Lombok, their timeline, and their specific criteria. They are ready to move — not still exploring. You hand us a fully briefed buyer. We take it from there.
Buyer has a confirmed specific budget, knows what they want and where, is ready to engage within 60 days, and you've had multiple real conversations with them about Lombok property.
You are the buyer's main contact from start to closing. You manage the relationship — updates, questions, visit coordination, offer discussions — while we handle the property side. We support you at every step when needed, but you lead the client relationship. This is a true partnership where both sides are actively working to close the deal together.
You are present and responsive throughout the full process — not just at the introduction stage. You co-manage the client with us from first viewing to AJB signing.
Your tier is confirmed by us when you register a lead. To support a Tier 2 or 3 claim, send evidence — conversation logs, budget confirmations, buyer emails — within 5 business days of registration confirmation. Fees are paid on successful AJB closing only. No deal closed, no fee.
